This is largely bullshit and can be boiled down into one major idea which Dr. Phil and Martha Stewart have already elevated into an art form: HAVE YOUR STAFF DO EVERYTHING. Big deal. Duh. If Average Joe and Jane had big bucks, they could do this too.
